BeyondMeasure, LLC
Founded in 2016 by Socialpreneur, Yolanda D. Johnson, BeyondMeasure, LLC provides a multi-faceted and customized approach to workforce training, consulting, and community impact. We specialize in leadership development, corporate social responsibility, cultural competence, and DEI strategy building for corporations and community leaders.
The infinity symbol represents our belief that leadership is not limited by title but driven by unlimited influence. We cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit by targeting those who desire to utilize their influence to drive impact, innovation, and advocacy within the workforce.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Yolanda’s signature platform, “Can You See Me: Women, Leadership, and Race”, highlights community leaders of diverse races, creates space for dialogue, and inspires change. In 2021, Yolanda was named Woman of the Year of the American Business Women’s Association, Maryland Capital Chapter in Annapolis for her contributions to the chapter’s success in women in career and business. Yolanda is a mother of two young adults and loves traveling, cooking, and quiet time with a cup of dirty chai.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Yolanda is a proud graduate of Bowie State University, one of the ten oldest Historically Black College & Universities in the country. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College.
A Certified Diversity Executive®, Yolanda is highly skilled in diversity, equity, and inclusion training facilitation and dialogue. She is a sought after thought leader and subject matter expert in nonprofit program development, leadership, community relations, multi-sector partnerships and corporate social responsibility programs. Yolanda’s career has afforded her the opportunity to work across the country with juvenile justice professionals, the legal community, federal government agencies, and corporations such as Verizon; Capital One; Netflix; Merck; and Home Depot.
